Additional information:

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• No jewelry and any valuable items are allowed to be worn (or brought along) during the activities
• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
• Tickets are issued in Wristband form and shall be worn by the purchasing person at all times
• Entry may be denied if the tickets are damaged, altered, or illegible.
• Note: Safari Escape Playland shall not be responsible the tickets sold in any event of act of god, riot, electricity outage, flood fire & earthquake, emergency that may occur to prevent Conquer from operating
• Balls from ball pit must stay inside the ball pit area

User Responsibilities

• Equipment Care: Participants are responsible for handling all the equipment with care. Any damage caused by improper use may result in charges for repair or replacement
• Compliance: Participants must follow all instructions provided by the crew for safety purposes

• Ages between 1 month to 12 years old and below are allowed to enter the park, one paying adult is compulsory to supervised the children
• Ages between 1 month to 12 years old and below are allowed to enter the park
• One playing adult is compulsory to supervised the children
• Accompanying Guardian must be 18 years old and above
• Guardian ticket can only be purchased with an accompanying child
• Ratio of 2 children to 1 adult applies for immediate family member at all times
• Children measure 140cm and above are restricted from entering the park
• Children weight no more than 40kg are eligible to play all the rides
• Grip socks is compulsory for all children
• Toddler is for age 0-2 years old, after birthday 2 years old need to pay as child ticket
