- Ticket Counter Redemption Location: Long Phu Ticket Office, Long Phu Port, 1A Highway, Da Chong, Cat Loi, Nha Trang, Khanh Hoà
- The best way to reach the site is by taxi or private car due to the limitation of local public transportation
- There is no luggage storage facility at the venue
- From 7:30, there’s 1 departure trip every 30 mins, please refer details schedule at Tourist Area or Pier
- Please be at the pier to depart to Orchid Island before 10:00
- Return trip from Orchid Island: 13:00 – 14:00 – 15:00 – 16:00
- Please refer to map for assistance

- Child height from 1m00-1m39 will be charged as child ticket
- Child Height under 100cm is free of charge
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hour(s) before the selected activity date
- No refund will be issued for no shows or latecomers
- In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be refunded
