- The seas can be quite rough. Please prepare medications for sea sickness or nausea before boarding

- Management reserves the right to adjust travel times and dates due to unforeseen weather or other conditions without liability or compensation.
- Passengers are responsible for any fines or penalties due to non-compliance with visa or entry requirements.
- There is no pier in Koh Lipe. If departing from Langkawi, a transfer to a local longtail boat is required to reach the island. When traveling from Koh Lipe to Langkawi, you will first take a longtail boat to the pontoon before boarding the ferry.
- Passenger insurance is included in the packages, but not personal travel insurance. Although not required, it is recommended that you purchase a personal travel insurance before booking
