• Children aged 0-2 must be accompanied by a paying adult;
• Children over 3 years old are charged the same price as adults.
• No seat selection service is provided, please refer to the seat arrangement;
• Seats will be allocated by the system on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests who purchase the same fare at the same time will be seated together.
• Latecomers will be seated only during the specific hours scheduled by the theatre;
• Please enter the venue at least 15 minutes before the show starts. No entry is allowed after the show starts.
• No outside food or drinks are allowed;
• It is prohibited to bring into the venue dangerous items such as wine bottles, firecrackers, lasers, etc. that may disturb or cause inconvenience to other spectators;
• No pets are allowed except service animals with valid ID;
• Drunk people may be denied entry and no refund will be given. Please understand.
• Smoking and drinking are prohibited. If found by staff, you will be asked to leave immediately;
• Photography is allowed on site, but filming and live streaming for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited;
• The use of flashing lights is prohibited in the venue;
