►No cooking of pork related food and light cooking only in the apartment
► Please remove your shoes when in the apartment
►No Durians or strong smelling food in the apartment.
►No smoking if there is evidence of smoking you be charged RM200 which will be deducted from your deposit
►No illegal activities to be conducted in the unit which is against the laws of Malaysia
►Lost of Access Cards RM200 penalty
