Rules and regulations

► No cooking of pork related food and light cooking only in the apartment

► Please remove your shoes when in the apartment

► No Durians or strong smelling food in the apartment

► No smoking, if there is evidence of smoking you will be charged RM 200 which will be deducted from your deposit

► No illegal activities to be conducted in the unit which is against the laws of Malaysia

► Lost of access cards and key, RM 200 penalty

Deposit

Deposit of RM 200 will be obtained before check in. No issues, the deposit will be refunded back in full.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 95% total amount refund if cancel 5 days prior to arrival
